Minimum Requirements-
All
acts must exhibit some level of professionalism i.e. instruments
in tune, vocals in key, and material rehearsed and prepared.
Showcase
Minimum Requirements-
I n addition to professionalism they will also have to meet
at least one of the following criteria- A full length CD professionally
packaged for sale and available, A fully hosted website dedicated
to their music, a working or established act, or a current
and active gig schedule other than open-mics.
